Each month, Aspect and ASUGA recognize and reward individuals using an Aspect solution to deliver experiences that go the extra mile (GEM). These exceptional customer experiences can come from both front-line agents and from back-office team members.

Monthly winners receive:

  • $25 Amazon gift card
  • GEM Swag
  • Their story shared on the GEM Wall of Fame page
  • Accolades in the Aspect Connects Newsletter
  • GEM Certificate

Three monthly winners who receive the most social media votes become the GEMs of the Year. The GEMs of the Year are invited to attend ACE, with all travel costs and the conference costs reimbursed in exchange for their participation at ACE on a speaker panel.

We were excited to welcome these GEM of the Year Award Winners to ACE 2019 and a session at the Finish Line Theater:

Brian Azuogu, System Administrator, Christus Health TLRA

Brian has been very instrumental leading operations with the interface of Christus Health TLRA’s existing Aspect solution and their new Aspect Quality Management integration. He has made significant strides to make certain that the platforms work efficiently together.

Brian Azuogu

Rob Ritter, Divisional Telecom Engineer, Comcast

Rob continues to help drive key back-end development opportunities and enhancements to all Aspect products. While Rob has knowledge ranging from employees to WFM management, his expertise in the Aspect Suite continues to provide excellent results for Comcast.

Rob Ritter

Richard Sandoval, System Administrator, City of Mesa

Richard is always thinking outside the box. He is outstanding at finding solutions for the City of Mesa when they need something new or modified. He is always willing to discuss options and provide solutions when his team needs them. Richard is always willing to assist staff when something goes awry. When he comes across something that he believes will help out or provide better customer service, he makes others aware.

Richard contributes to the success of his organization by constantly searching for and identifying a different way of doing things. Just because something isn’t broken doesn’t mean it can’t be improved.

Richard Sandoval

Has someone on your team taken a good customer experience and made it into a great one? Gone the extra mile to resolve an issue, innovate a process, or help a co-worker while using an Aspect solution? Nominate them for the GEM award and their chance to attend ACE 2020 and participate in a panel discussion.
